Which countries do you ship to?

Kindly note that we are tied up with many suppliers but not all of them cover all the countries listed above.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

How long does shipping take?
It usually takes 7-40 working days depending on product-to-product, the demand, where the supplier is located and the destination. This might change depending on customs. The shipping times are specified in the product page.

Do I pay shipping costs?
Yes and no. Yes, in general. No, if it is specifically mentioned in the sale/deals/promotions or in the product page. The shipping cost varies from product to product and country to country. All other shipping costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers. We suggest adding the items you wish to order to your cart along with your shipping address to get the most accurate information.

Is there any free shipping?
Yes. If the order value is USD15 and above, the shipping is free.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you can track your order. You will receive the tracking number from us once the shipment of your product(s) starts. The tracking number (and the time you get it) varies from supplier to supplier.

Import duties and import taxes?
Please ensure you take into account any potential customs and import fees and taxes before you place your order. We unfortunately have no control over these taxes as each country sets their own rules and laws to be paid by the importer. This is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest adding the items you wish to order to your cart along with your shipping address to get the most accurate information.

When do you process my order?
We send an order confirmation once you make the payment. Kindly respond to the mail in case you have not done the purchase. After that, in most cases, we ship within 48-72 hours of the day of purchase. Please note, your order will not ship until payment for the order has cleared.

Meraqi is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control (“Force Majeure Event”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via various logistics partners. This is subject to periodic revision.

All shipping costs are determined by the weight and volume of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking. Please see our refund and return policy if you need further clarification.

What do you ship your products in?
We are committed to caring for our planet. Unfortunately not all our suppliers have the same level of commitment. We are taking steps to convince them to go the sustainable way. Please bear with us until then.
Meanwhile what you can do is to write a note (‘Plastic–free packaging preferred’) at the time of checkout. If there is pressure from customers, the suppliers are more likely to pay attention.

Is rush delivery available?
Unfortunately, currently this is not possible.


(1) The shipping costs that you have paid for cover the courier costs to your location only. Any additional charges or other state specific Taxes (if applicable), would need to be settled by you at the time of delivery.

(2) In the case of several products, the volumetric weight exceeds the product weight, and therefore you may expect courier charges to be higher for lightweight but bulky items.

(3) For orders above 5.2kg, please contact us with details of the product(s) you intend to buy. We can arrange for good shipping rates for you.
