Return Policy

Note 1:

Several of our products are hand-crafted, and variations in size, color or finish might occur. These are not covered under the return policy. Perishable/degradable products cannot be returned.
Other non-returnable products: Products that are intimate, sanitary goods, toothbrushes etc. Product pages will specify this.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

General:

Please send an email to meraqi.foryou@gmail.com conveying the problem along with order number and type of request (Options 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d or 1e). Based on the decision arrived between customer and store, further action is to be taken.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the customer is returning the product internationally, it has to be stated clearly on the parcel that the shipment is a RETURN ORDER. If the customer fails to do so, there will be import duty or taxes that the store will balance with the order. All returns must include a proper return authorization number (assigned by the store) on the shipping box in order to be processed. The product is to be sent to address provided by store. Copy of prepaid return shipping bill is to be sent as well. Customs duties, if any, have to be borne by the customer.

Please make sure that any return is sent with the order number and customer name clearly included as a minimum. Customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The store cannot guarantee receipt of returned item. Items lost in transportation cannot not be refunded.

If the customer is returning one part of an order, the refunded amount will reflect the price of the part and not the standard full price of the item.
If the customer is returning an item purchased with a discount code, the refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.

Damaged items and those sent back without prior authorization will is to be avoided.

For returns, the shipping and return costs are at customer expense (if customer has qualified for free shipping and then decide to return the item/s, the initial cost of delivery will be applied and taken from the refund - unless the item is faulty).

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 10-30 days to reflect on credit or debit card accounts depending on the bank associated with the card. If you don’t receive the refund within the time frame, please check with your bank.
